Human Resources Manager (SEARCH CLOSED)

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager with full-time availability on site from Monday to Friday.

APTITUDE PREREQUISITES

Management and co-ordination of staff resources
Recruiting, interviewing and selecting new resources
Update the operations manual and job descriptions
Co-ordinating the working group towards the achievement of company objectives
Monitoring shifts and attendance of resources at headquarters
Ensuring proper compliance with company procedures
Support for personnel administrative documentation management
Mediate and heal any conflicts that may arise between Resources
Establishing training and career growth plans for resources

PROFESSIONAL PREREQUISITES

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in humanities, psychology and sociology
Previous experience as HR Manager for at least 1 year
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace programme suites
Analysis and problem solving skills
Be an ambitious, proactive person with a flair for interpersonal relations
Reliability, thoroughness and a sense of responsibility
Diligence, professionalism and attention to detail
Sense of leadership and high mediation skills
Knowing how to work in a team with empathy

OPTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Upper-intermediate (B2) knowledge of the English language
Previous experience as HR Manager for at least 1 year in a company offering services of a financial nature

Remuneration

Grading and remuneration will be commensurate with the experience and actual skills of the resource.
